New post about some of the stuff we saw at not-E3 is up. What do I think about some of those remakes? And why is it that I seemed to enjoy the Nintendo Direct more than a lot of people? My theory involves Wii U, because of course it does.
Anyway, I know a lot of people were probably hoping for a new 3D Mario announcement. The last reporting I remember reading on it said the game definitely wasn't going to come out this year—which didn't surprise me at all, since Donkey Kong Bananza was last year and that was meant to fill in the gap I think—but it seemed like maybe we'll get it next year? So hold tight. But until then, I am stoked for Fire Emblem this September. I don't know if I'll put a disgusting number of hours into it like I did for Three Houses, but I won't rule that out either.
